The CEO direct staff to analyze the existing Countywide Soundwall Program, phases I & II, in coordination with appropriate local and state agencies, and report back to the board in 120 days on available options to fund and construct the remaining soundwalls, including a short term plan for completion of phase I and a long term plan for implementation of phase II; and C.
