The study shall include, but not be limited to the following elements: A. Existing and planned land-use and transportation conditions that would best support a new commuter rail station in Pico Rivera; B. A rough order of magnitude cost estimate and potential funding sources for a new station in Pico Rivera including elements such as planning and design, right-of-way, environmental, construction, and maintenance costs; and, C.
