Grade separated Class I bicycle/pedestrian overcrossings at Van Nuys and Sepulveda Boulevards, while maintaining an at-grade, Class I bicycle path facility with signalization across these streets. 2. A determination that the Project is Statutorily Exempt, pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15275 (a); and B.
