SOLIS AMENDMENT: Provide a report in 120 days on opportunities to designate housing units, produced by the Metro joint development program or other appropriate mechanisms, for Metro workforce housing. For the purposes of this amendment, Metro workforce housing is conceptually defined as housing affordable to and designated for individuals hired to perform work in essential roles for Metro transit system operations, maintenance, and/or construction.
