Instruct staff to return to this Board in September with a specific set-aside percentage of interior space on both rail and busses to accommodate the placement of Metro Art posters, with preference for local artists, as we have done in the past; and 2. Include in the FY 21 Budget $400,000 dollars to accomplish the goals outlined above.
