More direct integration of Metro’s core mission and priorities; B. The advancement of Metro’s sustainability and equity goals; C. Establishment of a phased review process for Board consideration of unsolicited proposals including the establishment of a timeline review and approval process for Board consideration prior to the execution of a contract, regardless of whether Metro capital or operational funding is proposed to be utilized; D. Strengthened community-focused transparency and engagement; E. Identify work streams that could be better suited to be accomplished by third-parties to reduce Metro staff time; F.
