ISSUE

On April 26, 2024, the Final Environmental Impact Report (Final EIR) for the Eastside Transit Corridor Phase 2 (Project) was released for a 10-day public review period per CEQA guidelines. Metro is the CEQA Lead Agency and has completed the steps required for the Final EIR to be certified by the Board. The Executive Summary of the Final EIR is included in Attachment A. Certification of the Final EIR also includes approval of the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan (Attachment B) and the Findings of Fact and Statement of Overriding Conditions (Attachment C).
