Issue
ISSUE

Metro's Shared Mobility Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Speed and Reliability groups in Operations require professional services support to accelerate the delivery of ITS and transportation technology projects. The Shared Mobility ITS On-Call Services contracts will enable the award of task orders in support of subregional and agency-wide priorities and delivery of projects to support the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games (2028 Games) and allow for expeditious and cost-effective delivery of projects. Task orders will be competed and issued as the need for services arises and as funding is made available.

Background
BACKGROUND

Metro's Shared Mobility ITS and Speed and Reliability groups have developed small to large-scale transportation projects that will need to advance to the planning, design, and implementation phases by 2028. These projects support the various programs within the Shared Mobility Department with a focus on ITS, transportation planning, traffic engineering, traveler information, big data, tolling, network communications, and administration.
