The Games Multimodal Infrastructure Project (GMIP) consists of distinct, geographically dispersed projects that are progressing through design on different timelines, while sharing a fixed delivery window associated with the 2028 Games. The CM/GC contract is needed to provide early construction expertise, coordinate phasing and packaging across the program, validate costs and schedules, identify long-lead items and early work opportunities, and advance individual work packages as they become construction-ready.

The 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games will require a coordinated regional mobility program capable of moving spectators, athletes, workforce, volunteers, media, and everyday riders safely and efficiently across Los Angeles County.
