At the May 21, 2019 California High Speed Rail Authority (CAHSR) Board Meeting a draft resolution #HSRA 19-03 was introduced to consider accepting the updated June 2018 Program Baseline (Cost, Schedule and Scope) for the 119-mile Central Valley Segment, Bookends and Environmental; approving adjustments to existing contract and delegation to the High Speed Rail (HSR) CEO to manage the updated HSR Program Baseline.
